In our kitchen, the dough is made in small batches just before service to ensure freshness and texture. In addition, ingredients are rotated daily. Every pizza is hand-rolled to the order decorated by a trained kitchen member and baked in intense heat on stones. Our culinary staff personally finishes off every pizza with fresh grated romano, extra-virgin olive oil and a touch of Italian seasoning. Enjoy!

alberto's is chef-inspired pizza created by Alberto Brag, a graduate of Washburne Culinary Institute in Chicago and was a Chef's Apprentice at Lenotre in Versailles, France. Formerly, he was the Executive Chef of Hotel Sofitel, Washington DC. and the youngest Executive Chef of Sofitel North America.
